Information we collect

• On-device data. Game saves, settings, journal entries, custom cards, quotes and similar content are stored locally on your device or in your browser and are not sent to us.
• Account data (only where a product offers accounts). For example CampFiya membership, BlackSpace, Punchie cloud and the GAP APIs: email address, display name, password hash, profile content you choose to post, API keys, subscription status and usage needed for billing and rate limits.
• Payments. Processed by Stripe (web) or Google Play (Android). We receive purchase status, the email used at checkout and the product bought — never your full card number.
• Messages and newsletter. If you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter (sent through Brevo) or join our Discord, we keep what you send us and your email address for that purpose. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
• Website analytics (websites only, not inside our Android apps). We count page views with our own first-party analytics (page address, referring website, campaign tags, approximate country and phone/desktop — no cookies, no IP address stored, no cross-site tracking), Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics. We use this only to understand which pages people use. We do not use it for advertising.
• AI features. Some web tools (for example Mira or optional AI story continuations) send the text you enter to an AI model to generate a response. Don't enter sensitive personal information into AI features.

How we use information

To provide and secure the Services, deliver what you bought, provide support, send messages you asked for, prevent abuse and fraud, comply with law, and improve our products.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that run the Services for us (Cloudflare hosting, Stripe, Google Play, Brevo, Google Analytics, AI model providers when you use an AI feature), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer.

Advertising

Our Android apps contain no third-party advertising SDKs. Some websites and apps show banners promoting other RastaCamp products; these don't track you.

Retention and security

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax and fraud-prevention purposes. Raw analytics events are deleted after about 13 months. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Your rights and choices

• Delete on-device data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it (or clearing site data in your browser).
• Ask us to access, correct, export or delete your account data by emailing us (see Contact). We respond within 30 days. Residents of California, the EU/UK and other places with privacy laws have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone.
• Block analytics with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker — the Services keep working.

International users

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the US and other countries.

Changes

We may update these policies. The date at the top changes when we do; material changes are noted on CampFiya.

By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to create an account or buy anything. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and supervise purchases. Family apps such as Crumble are meant to be used with a parent.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for lawful personal purposes (or internal business purposes for API plans), subject to your plan. We and our licensors keep all rights in the software, art, music, stories and other content.

Your content

You own what you create or post. By posting content on a public part of the Services (for example a BlackSpace profile or forum), you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it in connection with the Services. You are responsible for your content and promise you have the rights to post it. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Acceptable use

• No illegal activity, harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, or impersonation.
• No malware, scraping beyond documented API limits, attempts to break security, or reselling API access unless your plan allows it.
• No bypassing payment, license or Pro checks, or reverse-engineering except where the law allows it.

Virtual items and games

In-game currency, items, scores and unlocks have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and may change as games are updated. Card and chance-style games are entertainment only — there are no prizes or gambling payouts.

Beta and test features

Beta, “testing labs” and early-access features may be unfinished, change, or be removed, and may lose data.

Third-party services

Links to Google Play, Stripe, YouTube, Discord, radio streams and other sites are governed by those services' own terms.

Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or to protect the Services. Offline features may keep working where they don't depend on our servers.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RastaCamp and its owners, contractors and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, or for any injury arising from physical activity, reliance on information, or use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the product involved in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify RastaCamp against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these terms or the law.

Disputes

Contact us first — most problems can be solved by email within 30 days. If not, any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's consumer rules, except that either side may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Claims may only be brought individually, not as a class or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing us. Where arbitration isn't allowed, disputes go to the courts of the state where RastaCamp LLC is organized.

Governing law and general terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where RastaCamp LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver. These terms, plus any product-specific terms, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.

All sales are final. Pro unlocks, memberships, subscriptions and other digital purchases are delivered immediately and are non-refundable, including for partially used subscription periods, except:

• where a refund is required by applicable law;
• duplicate charges for the same purchase; or
• a verified technical failure on our side to deliver what you bought that we can't fix within a reasonable time.

EU / UK customers: by completing a purchase of digital content you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins.

Google Play purchases

Purchases made in our Android apps are handled by Google and follow Google Play's refund policy. Request those refunds through Google Play; we can't override its decisions.

Getting help

If something you paid for isn't working, email us with the receipt email and product name and we'll fix it. Please contact us before filing a chargeback; fraudulent chargebacks may lead to loss of access.

• Monthly plans (for example CampFiya membership, Quotes Manager, Audiobook Creator and API plans) renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime using the “manage subscription” link in your Stripe receipt email, from your account page where available, or by emailing us — we'll cancel it for you. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
• After you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't prorate partial periods.
• We'll give notice before any price increase; continuing after it takes effect means you accept the new price.
• One-time “lifetime” or Pro unlocks are a single charge with no renewal.

No RastaCamp product provides medical, health, mental-health or therapy advice, diagnosis or treatment, and none is a medical device. Content is for entertainment and general information only.

• Exercise and rehab (Rep Battle, including any rehab or therapist mode): physical activity carries a risk of injury. Talk to a doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you are recovering from injury, pregnant, or have a medical condition. Rep Battle is not physical or occupational therapy and doesn't replace a licensed therapist's plan. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort. You exercise at your own risk.
• Wellness, relationships and reflection (Align, Mirrors, Quotes Manager, journaling): self-reflection tools only — not counseling, therapy or crisis care.
• Frequency, breathing and “biofield” features (for example AuraSync): entertainment and relaxation only. Readings are estimates from a phone camera and sensors, are not medically accurate, and must not be used to make health decisions.
• Remedies, herbs, crystals and similar reference content: traditional or folk information, not recommendations. Some substances are toxic or interact with medications — ask a doctor or pharmacist first.

In an emergency call 911 (or your local emergency number). In the US you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

• Not professional advice. Nothing in the Services is legal, financial, investment, tax, safety or engineering advice.
• Data and alert APIs (MyAir, FoodSafe, WaterSafe, GridStatus, SkyWatch, BioSurge, GroundTruth, NewsSignal, NeighborhoodScore and the “My…” sites): informational estimates from public and third-party sources that may be late, incomplete or wrong. They are not official warnings. Always follow official sources and emergency services for safety decisions.
• Fiction and entertainment. CampFiya stories, the Dark Signal gazette, TerrorWell, 7 Days, Desolation and our other creative works are fiction and satire for entertainment. Articles may discuss real people, places, events or theories in a fictional, speculative or opinion context; they are not statements of fact. Some content is scary or mature — viewer discretion advised.
• AI-generated content. Some art, audio, text and features are created with the help of AI tools and may contain mistakes. AI responses are not advice.
• Availability. We may change, pause or discontinue any Service or feature.

Most of our Services are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. Family apps such as Crumble are designed for families, collect no personal information, contain no third-party advertising or analytics, and keep everything on the device. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, email us with: your contact details; a description of the work; the URL of the material; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove the material and terminate repeat infringers.
